Due to unpredictable lengths of meetings and events, large time blocks are scheduled. Whenever a program is short enough to air twice in a block as listed, it will air at the start of the block and again at the mid-point of the block. The Community Bulletin Board plays in the gaps and when no programming is scheduled.
